This hotel has fantastic staff, and I enjoyed staying in a lovely apartment that had a kitchen and powerful amenities, including an electric kettle and fridge.

Outstandingly accommodating staff members, spotless and reasonably large rooms with 2 single beds, nice basic breakfast and great views. Tasty breakfast with a great selection of outstanding food;)))

The place was clean, and the staff were excellent. I truly enjoyed the exceptionally nice location. I had a spotless and perfect triple room. the breakfast was savory, featuring toast, fruit, and fresh juice, and the restaurant's offerings were great. the service was exceptional throughout my very enjoyable stay.

Unawatuna Beach Bungalow is an excellent little hotel that offers great value. It's situated in a lovely area, close to all the essential shops and provides magnificent views. the property's location is absolutely perfect, just a pleasant stroll away from Anne of Cleves House.

The breakfast at this beach-adjacent location was absolutely mind-blowing! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, helping with transport and organizing our visit to Udawalawe. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a kitchen, providing an incredible amount of space. The beach nearby was peaceful and serene, the perfect escape from the noise. The facilities were simple, yet provided everything we needed. The staff's hospitality, especially Sarath and Lahl, was truly amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, as it was quiet and right by the beach. We enjoyed being able to easily access the restaurants and shops in the area. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, always ready to help with any requests we had. They even upgraded our room to a larger one with a kitchen, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was clean and tidy, and we appreciated the air conditioning and fan to keep us cool. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was plenty of food to choose from. The hotel also offered additional services such as laundry and tour arrangements, which made our stay even more convenient. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The location of this hotel is great, just a few steps from the beach but far enough away to avoid any noise. You can really relax and enjoy your time here. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of fresh fruits, toast, and three types of fried eggs.

The bathroom facilities are not great, and the Wi-Fi can be intermittent inside the rooms.

We had an incredible time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach with easy access to bars and restaurants. We especially loved the nearby Black and White Cafe, where we had some of the best food on our trip. The staff at this hotel were friendly and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They even arranged a driver/guide for us to explore the hill country, and he was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning at our preferred time. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel offered clean rooms with a lovely family-run atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful when it came to providing information about the surrounding area. the hotel was located just a few steps from the beach which made exploring the area very easy.

The hotel felt slightly overpriced compared to other similar accommodations in the area. Although the breakfast offered was good, it did not vary and the cafe area seemed underutilized.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel close to the beach with comfy beds, nice bathroom, and great amenities like air conditioning, fan, and mosquito net. The staff was attentive and even arranged affordable tours. Location couldn't be better right on Unawatuna beach.
